The Vineyard at Stockcross...
In May 2005 The Vineyard at Stockcross became the first installation
site for HART PMS, since then the hotel has been reaping the benefits
of a truly integrated system.
The Vineyard chose HART PMS for its ease of use, and its
ability to manage every aspect of this highly rated michelin stared
property, we believe that having The Vineyard as a client is a fantastic
endorsement to our product, and we are delighted to be working with
them.
HART PMS manages reservations for guests, conference rooms, spa treatments,
restuarant diary, and POS systems.
Since the system has been installed, the hotel has had no system
downtime, and has seen their productivity increase, due the automated
functions
built
into
HART PMS,
such as automated
PDF creation for letters and function sheets, direct email functionality
for things such as guest reservations and many more features....
We are now looking forward to the prospect of installing HART PMS into
the sister hotel The Donnington Valley Hotel in February 2006.
