HART was installed across the Milsom Group of Hotels through 2006 and
then at Kesgrave Hall in 2008. HART has replaced many non-integrated systems and
has linked the hotels together providing them with enhanced customer information
through a single application for rooms, POS, Restaurant and Function bookings,
memberships, vouchers and now Spa.
